Our in-house engine test cell design, build and cor- relation capability consistently delivers cost effective solutions for customers. Our facilities have a wide range of machining capabilities, from large vertical and horizontal borers to high speed 5 -axis CNC machining centres, lathes and electrical dis- charge machines. Our machining and grinding facilities provide spe- cialist support through the use of advanced manufacturing tech- niques and state-of-the-art equipment that enables us to machine and measure small, close-tolerance parts. Our specialist processing range includes robotic controlled shot-peening, heat treatment, alu- minium vacuum brazing, TIG welding, along with spot and gas weld- ing for surface refurbishments.
