Meet Aesthetic Progressive Luxury a retro-futuristic concept from Mercedes-Benz which pays pays tribute to the legendary Silver Arrows racers of the 1930s. The family of streamlined silver streaks that went head-to-head with the best Auto Union had to offer, regularly topping 300km/h in the process.

We have thus transformed the traditional luxury of Mercedes-Benz into a modern luxury, reinterpreted the brand with the star and also made it fascinating, tangible and, above all, desirable for young customers."
The concept debuted at this year's Pebble Beach Concours D'Elegance.
LEGO LEGENDS
Check out these models from the LEGO Speed Champions range. There's the title-winning M-Sport Ford Fiesta WRC rally car and, more importantly, a 1968 Mustang fastback race car.
As a tribute to America's favourite sports car (says the press release - hey, Aussies love it too), the 183-piece Ford Mustang kit features green bodywork with gold dual stripes and wheels, race graphic stickers, removable windscreen and a mini-figure driver wearing a classic racing suit.
The 1968 Ford Mustang joins the historic Ford GT40 and new Ford GT race cars, Ford F-150 Raptor high-performance off-road truck, a Ford Fiesta WRC rally car, a classic Ford hot rod and a 2015 Ford Mustang as part of the LEGO Speed Champions Ford collection. Now who's off to the toy shop?
