2018 COMMODORE
Holden’s latest Commodore is bristling with the latest active and passive safety features. Here’s a few highlights on what to look out for during the repair procedure.
THE NEW COMMODORE includes a long list of firsts including adaptive AWD, 360-degree camera and heated and cooled massage seats. Next-generation Commodore also has adaptive LED Matrix headlights – 32 LED module segments in each headlamp providing a significantly wider light range. High beams with up to 400M range, it continuously monitors the road to maximise lighting performance.
The 360-degree camera gives the driver a bird’s eye view of the car to help with parking, aided by advanced park assist which takes control of the steering in parallel and perpendicular parking.
Commodore’s hands-free power allows drivers to open the vehicle boot with a simple kick motion. To help make sure the driver’s kick is in the right place, Commodore beams down a Batman-style Holden logo to aim at. There’s also a colour head-up display.
