SPANESI
Spanesi offers a range of customisable dust ex- traction systems including centralised systems, wall turbine systems and mobile vacuum sys- tems, with the chosen system analysed and po- sitioned according to the specific needs of the bodyshop.
The Spanesi system permits an increase in productivity thanks to an arm reach of 6.7m or 8m, allowing the technician to have constant, nearby access to air current and suction.
In addition, the Spanesi system results in a clean, dust-free workplace that is not only safer (there are no more cables and tubes on the floor) but far less work in the long run. Systems are taken care of with ease, thanks to the clever industrial design that allows functionality while retaining user ergonomics.

TWIN ARM EXTRACTION SYSTEM
for welding fumes. This powerful portable welding fume extrac- tion has two arms to increase the suction area to a length of approximately 1.5 – 2.0m part dimension at the car. It con- tains a filter cassette for welding smoke. Also in- cluded in each set is a separated filter stage with charcoal for any kind of work requiring charcoal filtration such as smoke and vapours from glue or similar
chemical smokes and vapours. The machine consists of two ad- justable arms and has automatic filter monitoring with an optical and acous- tic warning signal. It also includes a lifting device for the filter cassettes. Both filter systems are suitable for welding fumes and have charcoal fil- tration with sealing on both sides as
well as a powerful high-flow fan.
PORTABLE EXTRACTION SYSTEM
This portable extraction system is for steel dust with an explo- sion-proof enclosure and is according to ATEX II 3D suitable for Zone 22. It is not suitable for the extraction of flammable, explo- sive or harmful dusts. The frictionless and
spark-less cabinet consists of absorbable and glass fibre consolidated polyester.
