LANE KEEPING
Camera alignment is required for the lane keeping alert and lane keeping aid to function correctly. The procedure is initiated using the scan tool and requires about 10 minutes of driving above 64 km/h to complete.
Alignment should take place if any of the following occur:
Windshield replacement, change in tyre size, suspension repair, alignment or modifications, front air bag deployment, interior mirror replacement.
   HEADLAMP RECALIBRATION
To calibrate auto adjust headlamps after replacement, vehicle must be on a level surface with full fuel tank and all doors closed, if a door is left open the weight of the hanging door will affect the balance of the vehicle.

 FORD REPAIR METHODS
Ford repair methods also offer repairers the option of removing
only as much of the lower grade steel outer panel as necessary
to suit the repair you are working with. This does come with restrictions, however, if suitable this option can eliminate an
intrusive repair where only a little damage has occurred.
 CUT & FOLD BACK
Thought has gone into how a repairer can gain access for installing panels that are enclosed in the panel stack. Ford engineers came up with the simple ‘cut and fold back’ access option. This
option again results in a less intrusive repair, however, a repairer should only do this when shown in the repair method.
