PEPSI MAX GOES FRUITY
PepsiCo is launching a fresh new sugar-free flavour into its brand with Pepsi Max Raspberry. Promised to give consumers ‘an exciting flavour experience that delivers on maximum taste without the sugar’, this new Raspberry flavoured addition to the Pepsi Max brand follows on from its success with Vanilla.
“This product will delight consumers who seek out no-sugar alternatives.
It delivers on taste and we are pleased to provide even more choice in the no-sugar cola category,” says Brad Van Dijk, PepsiCo senior director ANZ Beverages.
The launch will be supported with in-store advertising, out-of-home advertising and social and consumer activations.

CAPTURING SUMMER IN A NEW-WORLD IPA
Sydney craft beer makers Philter Brewing has launched its fourth permanent offering in time for the warmer months. The relatively young company was built by three Sydney locals with the goal of making ‘high-quality, easy-drinking’ beer.
“Everyone was waiting for us to launch an IPA, but we really wanted to make one that was uniquely Philter and fit with our customer. That’s why we brewed a new-world IPA. We’re stoked at how excited everyone is already,” says head brewer Sam Füss.

With a 5.8% ABV Philter IPA is geared for warm- weather consumers. It’s described as delivering “a massive hit of refreshing passionfruit, grapefruit and citrus zest aromas, followed by a generous malt body and balanced bitterness. It’s kind of like we took summer and turned it into a beer,” Füss says.
The retro ‘80s-inspired green and gold cans of India Pale Ale are available in venues and bottle shops in NSW, Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania.

A simple serve of green tea has taken a step up with the introduction of Social T’s range of sparkling green tea beverages.
THIN-CUT ROAST CHICKEN CHIPS
Social T’s range of sparkling green teas are made from 90 per cent brewed green tea infused with fruit and are lightly carbonated.
Boasting no additives, sweeteners or preservatives, the bottled beverage range is crafted to be dry, not sweet, according to its maker.
Produced on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast with just four plant-based ingredients, Social T is marketed as an alternative to the rapidly growing kombucha sector.
Handcrafted using authentic brewing techniques, this natural green tea beverage is available in three flavours including Blueberry & Lemon, Mango & Passionfruit and Peach & Raspberry.
The product will be sold through IGA and specialty stores as well as restaurants and bars in Queensland, NSW and Victoria for RRP $4.50.

PepsiCo’s The Smith’s Snackfood Company is expanding its Thinly Cut chips range with a new Roast Chicken & Thyme flavour.
“We are pleased to unveil the latest limited-edition flavor for the Smith’s Thinly Cut range. They make the perfect edition to any social occasion and we can’t wait for consumers to try them,” says Alison Silver, Smith’s Brand Manager.
Smith’s Thinly Cut Chips are described as having the same quality and taste of Smith’s Crinkle chips, but are a thinner, crispy chip with a lighter bite.
Made with Aussie potatoes, peeled, sliced and cooked using healthier oils, these popular snack foods are sprinkled with seasonings that have no artificial preservatives, colours, flavours and no added MSG.
