the Australian market. These units are an ex- tension of the successful Danfoss Optyma range released 12 months ago by Airefrig in Australia. Adding to the successful Optyma Slim range, these units have been developed to be energy ef- ficient and have very low noise levels.
The Plus Inverter is fitted with a VSD which has been specifically designed for the Danfoss compressors. Exclusively available through Airefrig, the Optyma condensing unit range provide Australian contractors with a value for money condensing unit that offers clients a versatile and future proof solution.
The latest development for the Enthalpy con- densing unit range is the new option of CRII with CM-RC module fitted to the condensing units. This option has been developed by Bitzer and has been used globally for successful ca- pacity control. This new option has been in- cluded to reduce running costs and increase the energy efficiency of the condensing unit.
EC fans have continued to gain traction in the market due to their proven results and re- duction in energy consumption. Airefrig has continued to do major refurbishment projects with customers, in conjunction with ebm- papst, their major supplier of EC fans. Airefrig now stock a full range of ebm-papst EC fans up to 1000mm for both condensers and air han- dling units.
Demand for transcritical CO2 has started to grow in the Australian market, this has led to Airefrig stocking the full range of Mueller CO2 copper tube for 130 and 60 bar, as well as fit- tings to compliment. They have also started to stock valves and the CO2 refrigerant to cover market demand.
In conjunction with A-Gas Rapid Recovery, Airefrig has been offering the fastest solution to refrigerant recovery in Australia. A-Gas
Rapid Recovery has launched its service offer- ing in Victoria, NSW and Queensland and cus- tomers have been able to access this time-sav- ing solution via Airefrig. Plans are underway to launch more services with A-Gas in South Australia & Western Australia in early 2019.
As a company Airefrig has been prioritising customer engagement and training within its branch network. The sales team in conjunc- tion with key technical support personnel from its suppliers have conducted regular product training and information sessions. continue to host customer demonstrations of the latest technology, energy and time saving products and services on the market.
Airefrig also continued to grow their net- work of branches with the relocation of the South Australian operations from Regency Park to Wingfield. Customers have benefited from the increased stock holdings and larger showroom displays on offer.
Moreover, Airefrig continues to expand and upgrade branch facilities and this will contin- ue to be a priority for Airefrig to ensure stock holdings for every state are maintained in line with the growth of the business.
