Fragedakis holds a certificate in business management and one in training and assessment and has undertaking training on various office systems such as IBod- yshop. “I love the team I work with, everyone communicates ef- fectives, has each others’ back, respects each other’s skill and are treated r4espectfully. This has led to a timely, quality work output.” Fragedakis said.
SIMON IRVINE, BF PANELS, ALBURY NSW
Irvine has worked at BF Panels for almost 20 years. She says that working alongside progressive thinking directors, they have grown the business into one of the largest autobody repairers in regional NSW. Irvine is responsible for the daily administration tasks of the business including accounts, payroll and human resources. She has also helped to set up and manage the admin for a second business (Border Off Road 4X4)
that runs alongside BF Panels. “I’m proud of the culture we have created for our staff and especially the op- portunities that are given to the other fe- males working in the industry. We have a female apprentice spray painter and our parts manager is a young female with a passion for working with cars.”

Iacobucci is described as a a visible and approachable director who has responsi- bility for the Customer Ser- vice Hub, finance, IT, mar- keting, people management and culture. She effectively manages these portfolios for this growing multi-site business while caring for her young son. She was in- strumental in implementing and delivering sustainable business systems as the company grew over 100% in an 18 month period. She
has completed business and marketing training and utilises VACC resources to improve the business. “What sets her apart is her wisdom and ability to listen to people without making judge- ment. She is an excellent solution finder for business and opera- tional issues. She is the backbone of the business.”

Leishman does everything except welding and spraypainting in this award winning shop (2019 Bodyshop Awards National Best Boutique Shop) From estimating, paint prep, payroll, parts ordering, detailing and motivating the team. She has achieved I-Car Platinum, learning estimating and is also trained as a non-structural technician and in
refinish. She attends any industry event that she can from Car Craft meetings to OEM talks to Paint & Panel events. She puts it very well herself: “I bring confidence and passion to our busi- ness. A calm level headed approach to everything we do in- cludes being dedicat- ed to supporting our team to build this best business we can.”
