There are many ways in which you can maintain motivation amongst all members of your team and below are some tips on how to do this;
• Continue to upskill and develop the skillsets and knowledge of employ- ees, this will make them feel that they are progressing with their job and that they are able to take on more responsibility.
• You can promote new staff from with- in so that your employees know that they are opportunities for them to be able to further their career within your organisation.

• Setting employees goals and targets is
extremely important as this gives them something to work towards and
helps them to feel more valued and you are then able to also track this.
• You should track employees’ perfor- mance metrics so that you can help them stay up to date with how they are performing. Using this data, you can give them constructive criticism to help them achieve their goals.
ROLE CLARITY
This is a key part of ensuring that employ- ees fully understand their tasks, processes and responsibilities at work. Having this clarity has a huge effect on productivity as this reduces unnecessary wasted time working on projects which should be as- signed to another team member.
If each member of your team under- stands their correct roles this will im- prove how effective each employee is at their job.
COMMON GOAL
Having common goals is just as impor- tant as anything else, this helps to bring your employees together and make them a team. The determination that your team will have when work- ing together to achieve the same goal.
