THE PNEUMATIC, HYDRAULIC UNIVERSAL
stamping and riveting tool PNP 90 XT2 is specifically designed for all common riveting operations for sand- wich panels, thin sheet and high- strength sheet. The equipment’s uni- versal technology enables adaptation of various attachments for different applications. The hydraulic pump is a pneumatically-driven pressure inten- sifier with a ratio of 1:100. This means that a hydraulic secondary pressure of 600 bar is generated by a primary air pressure of 6 bar. When the equip- ment’s preset final pressure is reached, the pump stops automatically and keeps this pressure constant. The hy-
UNIVERSAL SOLUTION
PNP90 AND PNP90 XT2 ARE SPECIFICALLY
developed for the most difficult materials such as high strength steel and modern dis- similar laminate materials in the automotive, truck and bus repair industry.
The premier PNP90 XT2 is an adjustable 10–ton pneumatic- hy- draulic system for riveting and pressing out self-piercing rivets.
This universal riveting system can save thousands of dollars versus hav- ing to purchase numerous riveting systems as specified individually by various OEM’s.
Sturdy construction with low mainte- nance and long lifetime makes this tool a good investment in a single system.
Upgradable – from PNP90 to PNP90 XT2 with upgrade kit to meet your workshop needs.
Mandrel kits available – Audi, Volkswagen, Jaguar, Landrover, BMW and Mercedes.
