  FAST AND STRONG FUSOR
                  LORDFUSOR108B/109BADHESIVEISA
two-component, acrylic-based metal bond- ing adhesive offering faster cure time than typical panel bonding adhesives. Fusor 108B/109B adhesive can be used for panel bonding, weld bonding and rivet bonding of properly prepared quarter panels, rear body panels, roof panels, door skins, van side panels, and outer truck bed panels.
The advantages of adhesive bonding over welding are corrosion protection, fast cycle time and less exposure to welding heat and UV.
The proliferation of adhesives without proper chemistry is the biggest threat to safety of post-accident repair vehicles. It may be poor education or cost saving that causes inappropriate or unapproved adhesive to be used for the repair job.
It is imperative when selecting after- market adhesive that the product is ap- proved by the manufacturer, as it will be the same original adhesive used in vehi- cle manufacturing.
The Fusor 108B cures up to eight times faster than the typical panel bonders,
with guaranteed corrosion protection and excellent for rivet bonding and weld bonding applications. This allows for the panel to be bonded using adhesives, then spot-welded through the adhesive bond line. Fusor 108B is approved by GM, Ford, Nissan and Honda.
FUSOR FEATURES
• Snap Cure – provides fast room temperature cure, resulting in reduced cycle times.
• Versatile – bonds a variety of metal, including steel and aluminum; no welding required; can be riveted and resistance welded.
• Environmentally Resistant – acrylic chemistry provides excellent corrosion protection over epoxy adhesives.
• Shelf life is 18 months from date of manufacture when stored at 75°F (24°C) in original, unopened container.

compositions has never been easier. Whether it be a roof panel replace- ment, aluminium fender bonding or aluminium doors onto a steel door frame, the solution is Finixa PLI50 metal bonding, the company says. The product is a side by side 220ml 2:1 ratio cartridge and can be used with the Finixa PLI60 applicator gun.
PLI50 holds OEM and Thatcham ap- provals as a structural adhesive.
PLI50 is a two-component structural epoxy adhesive system. The bond like thick- ness is guided by 0.25mm glass beads mixed within the adhesive itself. With a
working time of around the 90-minute mark and a drying time of 4 hours, the PLI50 is a great alternative. Further ben- efits/features of the PLI50 include its ex- cellent corrosion protection and high en- ergy absorption which makes for excellent crash performance.
Finixa’s PLI00 Plastic Repair Kit can be used on all kinds of plastic and poly- ester (besides SMC) and can also be used for varying repairs such as, filling holes and deep scratches, repairing cracks as well as bonding. This complete kit contains, six tubes of hardener (2 slow, 2 medium, 2 fast), 10 mixer tips, 1 applicator gun, 1 roll of reinforcement canvas, 1 roll of contour canvas, 1 bottle of cleaner and 1 bottle of primer. This is a professional product and holds several OEM recommendations.
