                 CTR 9
HE CAR-O-LINER CTR 9 FULLY AUTOMAT-
ic welder comes with a revolutionary light-weight transformer gun. With its 355° swivel handle and ergo-grip, it ena- bles perfect working positions for any- one, for any job. The gun is supported by a telescopic arm in a durable and light- weight extruded aluminium.
TELESCOPIC SUPPORT ARM
The support arm is designed to ensure maximum freedom of movement (from 1.9 to 2.4m). It’s made of robust yet light- weight extruded aluminium, and is easy to adjust both vertically and horizontal- ly for an optimum working position.
LIGHTWEIGHT TRANSFORMER GUN The transformer gun made of reinforced fibreglass is designed for fast-paced activ- ity, while at the same time reducing the strain on your body. It’s robust, yet among thelightestonthemarket, allowingyouto work efficiently without getting tired. The fully-closed handle fastened at both ends enhances maneuverability and allows you to hold the gun in a relaxed way in every working position.
With the 6 metre (236.22in) cable you can reach more parts/areas of the vehi- cle without moving the machine. The
control unit is easy and intuitive to use, ensuring fast paced accuracy with every welding spot.
A 16,000-amp transformer and CAN- BUS communication assist you in creat- ing a perfect weld every time. It instant- ly measures the metal panels and calculates the exact amount of time, current and clamping force needs for a perfect weld.
The CTR 9 records weld date and gen- erates reports during the repair process. The 355 degree swivel handle with quick release, swivels on two axes. Press the quick release button and turn the handle
to an optimum working position. The CTR 9 C-Ton also has a built-in pneu- matic feature that presses the welding tips together automatically when trig- gered. The electrode force is an impor- tant ingredient in a good resistance weld.
When you buy equipment from Car-O- Liner, training for your team on how to get the best out of the new equipment is included. The technical team can also oversee maintenance to ensure the unit continues to function at its best.
