CAR-O-LINER CMI WELDERS HAVE AUTO-
pulse technology for advanced pulse welding of aluminium and are de- signed for all materials and individual welding applications, including high strength steel.
The 4-wheel wire feed system pro- vides a smooth, reliable wire feed even on softer wires such as aluminium or with MIG brazing. The versatile CMI welders are designed to meet the increasing demands for joining the many new materials used in to- day’s car construction.
With two torches, the CMI twin mod- els offer an easy switch-over between welding and brazing operations without having to change hoses, wires, wire drive rolls or gas. The unit is available in three versions: single, duo and trio.
AUTOMATED FUNCTIONS Whether carrying out simple MIG/MAG or complex welding operations, the ma- chine’s preset welding programs and au-
tomated functions easily handle the en- tire welding process through the fully digital control panel.
The easy-to-use controls provide all key information at a glance. The techni- cian sets the thickness and the machine adjusts all other parameters. There are 36 pre-set programs.

In synergic mode the machine deter- mines the optimum wire speed by select- ing the type of wire, wire diameter and welding current.
There’s a memory save feature for each torch and activation of the ‘last
used’ welding parameters.

• Ease of use: adjusting the wire speed on the spool gun torch directly.
