USINESS AS USUAL IS NOT
something many of us have seen this year. It has been feast or fam- ine in the industry with shops in less affected states booked out for weeks or months in advance. Wet weather and seemingly forgetting how to drive thanks to lockdown, is bringing volume up swiftly in NSW and Victoria. work and innovation this industry has in spades.
As ever, no two collision repair shops are the same but there are many com- mon traits in the way our Bodyshop Awards winners run their businesses. A laser focus on creating a great customer experience and on creating a safe, happy and fulfilling environment for their teams are two of the main commonali- ties. I hope you enjoy reading our win- ners’ profiles and that maybe you can pick up a few ideas to incorporate in your own shops.
The Paint & Panel team wish you all happy holidays and a healthy and pros- perous 2022. We look forward to keep- ing you informed of all the latest indus- try developments through our many communication channels and events throughout the year.
