process of refurbishing the workshop and updating equipment. The new LED
lighting has made a huge difference and improved branding to the outside makes it more appealing and inviting. Mark, it’s good to see your improvements.

Mark and the team have invested both time, money and brain power to come up with solutions to save time, grunt and boost production. One of the invest- ments is in a large, sophisticated hoist which can be used for both caravans and cars. There’s also a handy forklift which can move caravans around. Plus a couple of trollies they have made for UTE trays - they cable tie them on and then they can just be wheeled into the paint shop or wherever they need to go. They have also built a ‘lean to’ which stores all the parts and trollies for work in progress, keeping them off the work- shop floor. Another massive time saver has been the incredibly well organised colour library which painter Luke creat- ed, organised by manufacturer and model with all the colour variants they have encountered. It caused quite a sen- sation when it was posted on Spray Painters Australia.
The paintshop is next in line for new lights but there were improvements here too. The old Masterbooths have been spruced up with a coat of ‘on brand’ paint and signage added.
As Mark is giving us the tour he sums it up beautifully when he says: “Little things make a massive difference.” The workshop is vastly improved, better or- ganised and better lit.
Next on the agenda is a new website and a total makeover for the somewhat dated reception and offices which will see the business right for at least the next five years in terms of presentation and more comfortable office administration.
