As we said with the best national there is a bit of ’ je ne sais quoi’. Darren Myers of Len Hollis is always looking ahead and reading the market to ensure is able to service the every need of cus- tomers and work providers. We listed his ‘firsts’ in the article on page 78. He was also one of the first to create a dealership style customer reception area with stunning decor worthy of a boutique hotel. Next level customer fa- cilities include an iPad bar back when iPads were new. It’s the attention to de- tail that is impressive, a baby changing table, a defibrillator – he doesn’t leave anything to chance. Every square me- tre is utilised but the workshop is not cramped or cluttered. He’s invested in a Spanesi measuring system since we last visited. He was one of the first to have a rail system installed for IR curing. He also actively markets the business with a great website, socials and has lever- aged previous award wins.
