Nominations are open to all apprentices/technicians under the age of 25 who have demonstrated excellence in all aspects of their trade and training. The NextGen program, developed by Climate Control News in partnership with the Australian Refrigeration Council, provides a platform to showcase the next generation of technicians in our industry.
Connecting with the next generation of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) technicians has never been more important. The RAC workforce is ageing and we need to address the acute shortage of young technicians.
NextGen will announce its Top 20 Under 25 list in the June edition of Climate Control News.
