From a singular focus to one now offering quick, easy and nutritious vegan heat-and- serve meals, Doris Prodanovic catches up with Slendier MD, Erica Hughes.
A decade ago, Slendier only focused on konjac pasta and rice replacement products, but since Erica Hughes bought the business in 2017, the health food company has built upon this foundation and rapidly expanded.
