The team supported its talent with 12 promotions across vari- ous crafts, launched HX Headstart an entry-level training to grow existing/new talent, put 14 employees through HX Academy Training designed to elevate craft output and develop a Digital Skills Audit to identify training to accelerate growth.
The team also removed time consuming administrative tasks through streamlining systems and automation to allow staff to con- centrate on personal development, growth and client focused work.
