CAPABILITIES: Supashock’s composite Missile Launcher Pod Sub- system leads the global competition by enabling uncompromised performance of the SPIKE missile. A travel locking system and damp- ing structure protect the missile payload when stowed in the turret, enabling it to withstand harsh vibration and shock experienced when travelling or performing extreme manoeuvres in combat.
The integrated pod decreases targetability, accepts appliqué armour and cannot be unintentionally deployed or tampered with from the outside. Following rapid deployment, the damping is disengaged, providing a rigid structure for firing events, increasing strike preci- sion. A modular design, the MLPS can be configured to many plat- forms.
