CAPABILITIES: Daronmont Technologies has developed under li- cense to Telstra and the Commonwealth of Australia a HF Surface Wave Radar (HFSWR) named SECAR (Surface Wave Extended Coastal Area Radar). SECAR provides wide area surveillance for coastal surveillance out to ranges of 200 nautical miles or more. SE- CAR can detect surface and air targets, be operated 24/365, remote- ly reducing staffing and other costs. Applications for SECAR include • Exclusive Economic Zone monitoring • Illegal fishing • Interdiction of vessels for illegal substances • Illegal Immigration • Search and rescue. Trip-wire function for other assets: SECAR can detect and locate targets such that other assets can be efficiently deployed. Deployment for military operations. Daronmont capabilities cover design, development, manufacture, siting, operation and support of the radar system. Daronmont engineers are engaged with DSTO in the development of Passive Radar technologies.

CAPABILITIES: The Giraffe Agile Multi Beam (G-AMB) radar is a sur- veillance and tracking radar designed for naval and land-based ap- plications. The Giraffe AMB radar has been delivered on the Canberra Class amphibious ships and to the Australian Army for the force pro- tection role in Afghanistan. In both land-based and naval versions, the radar provides a sense and warn facility enabling protection of friendly forces from rocket, artillery and mortar attacks and, when integrated with appropriate weapons, provides a total Counter Rock- et, Artillery and Mortars (C-RAM) capability. The Giraffe AMB is a world leading Ground Based Air and Missile Defence radar that pro- vides High Fidelity Airspace Situational Awareness and cueing data for various missile and gun based Air Defence systems.
