Open to mature com- panies looking to establish a permanent presence in Australia to take advantage of upcoming defence projects, the Landing Pad offers affordable, short-term office facilities and relationship building opportunities. The Landing Pad has appointed a panel of accredited local professional service businesses to assist international companies with their relocation and business development plans, and has already attracted its first defence industry occupants.
Osborne Naval Shipyard

undergoing an infrastructure expansion worth over $1 billion, the facility is at the forefront of shipyard capabilities. It is home to Australia’s next generation warships and submarines, with nine Hunter class frigates, 12 Attack class submarines and two Arafura class offshore patrol vessels to be built at the site.
