LASER DEPOSITION
Brenco Aerospace provides laser coatings with our 8Kw high power fibre diode
laser system. Additive manufacturing materials are applied to many base materials to restore dimensional
specification or to add unique properties to existing materials. Laser deposition has the advantage of low temperature application at high power that restricts the enigma of heat effected zones and dilution of base materials. The overlays have refined grain structures to also provide near net shape manufacturing.
