lieve in luck: Tonon’s success is due to long experience and strong systems.
He reckons the reason Eblen is consist- ently winning repairs is their use of that time-honoured research method: the cus- tomer survey. On paper. With a biro.
“We do customer surveys the old- fashioned way, because we want peo- ple to be able to score us,” says Tonon. “They get to answer ten questions, and we’re very lucky in that most custom- ers take the time to answer them.
