LIAM STANDAGE, MPSR GROUP
NSW, AGE 25
Liam joined the MPSR team in 2021. MPSR owners John and Sarah Karavasilias say: “Liam is an individual who, we have no- ticed, loves to learn and isn’t afraid to take on the hard tasks. We have a team of 14 painters in our large and constantly ex-
panding workshop. We have a paint shop manager to keep things running smooth- ly. Liam is responsible for any delegated work the manager may refer to him. Once he is given the work he is head down until they are complete.
“Liam's success is shown in his abili- ty from starting out as a troubled kid to now helping to run a large paint shop. The head painter and floorman often delegate to Liam as a senior and you can usually find him in the booths painting. We have been monitoring his turnover and have noted on average he paints 10 jobs in one day.
“Our paint shop manager John Evan- glis, considers Liam to be a role model amongst his peers. He rarely gets dis- tracted during work hours and his at- tendance is exemplary.”
