Joe’s team is also encouraged to upsell. Drilling down into every cost and process means he always knows which way prof- itability is heading in these inflationary times and is always im- proving processes. “However,” he said “efficiency is only going to get you so far. I’m working to show insurers why we need in- creases. We’ve invested so that their customers have a five star experience but we have to work together, we can’t keep doing more and more cars for the same price.”
