All aftermarket and through-life sup- port, including provisions for spares and OEM repair, is coordinated through our Melbourne Office.

CAPABILITIES: • IRIS-T air-to-air guided missile with thrust vector control allows engagement of targets even behind the aircraft. Moreover, EMC resistance covers modern blinding lasers.
• Ground-based air defence system solutions based on IRIS-T or the new IRIS-T SL surface-launched guided missile for tactical air de- fence. The modular IRIS-T SLM medium-range air defence system provides comprehensive 360° protection against aircraft, helicop- ters, cruise missiles and guided weapons. Different radars can be integrated in IRIS-T SLM including the Australian Ground-based Multi-Mission Radar from CEA Technologies.
• IDAS future missile launched from submerged submarines and ca- pable of engaging aerial, naval and coastal targets. A fiber-optic data link enables the operator to control the missile during the entire flight offering the options of target change, correction of target impact or missile abort.

CAPABILITIES: Northrop Grumman Australia currently provides products and services in support of a broad range of capabilities for Australian Defence Force, Australian government agencies, and International customers.
