• High power Laser deposition to restore components with additive manufacturing materials. High power fibre diode laser overlays re- sult in refined grain structures that limit heat effected zones result- ing in very low dilution for worn heat affected components while also providing a complete rebuild of components requiring restoration to dimensional specification.
• TIG welding of all metal classes. Brenco Aerospace employ CASA approved welders certified to complete weld repairs on components manufactured from: Aluminium Alloys, Carbon & Low Alloy Steels, Corrosion & Heat Resisting Steels, Nickel Alloys and Titanium Alloys. QA RATING: AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008
