Peter Gibson is Managing Director of Pacific Ventilation, bringing with him a proven track record of leadership
as a Managing Director of multinational HVAC & R companies. Additionally, Peter has significant experience in the sales, operations, and marketing spaces.
Peter began his career as a refrigeration mechanic more than 25 years ago, rising through the sales ranks and into leadership. Peter’s unique background of domestic and international industry expertise gives him key insight into the benefits a global giant like Systemair AB brings to Pacific Ventilation’s customers.
Driven by the smiles on the faces of his team when hard work pays off, Peter takes pride in leading by example and giving his team members the autonomy to excel
and develop. He’s passionate about Pacific Ventilation, its raw energy, and its unrelenting focus on sustainable, reliable solutions for customers in the ventilation market.
Peter has an Entrepreneurship & Innovation MBA from Swinburne University of Technology and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mark Turney is General Manager of Pacific Ventilation New Zealand. Responsible for overseeing the New Zealand and Pacific Island sectors, Mark has 11 years’ experience in the HVAC industry and 23 years of business expertise in the Australasian region.
With a strong background in technical sales and business development, Mark’s leadership has created a robust and agile New Zealand team. Mark’s passion is the Pacific Ventilation commitment to value-adding apps like Revit. Revit increases productivity and accuracy for engineers and contractors, simplifying the application of ventilation systems with a keystroke.
His innovative nature and unrelenting customer focus are essential to success in the region and drive him to continue the upward trajectory of Pacific Ventilation NZ. Mark’s motto is “Everything we do matters!”
Mark holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Auckland University.
Richard Agar-Wilson is General Manager at Pacific Ventilation where he oversees the engineering, production, and operations teams in Australia. With over 25 years of experience as an engineer, Richard came
to the HVAC manufacturing industry by accident via an early career in specialty materials. While he may have come to HVAC inadvertently, he stays because he finds HVAC “endlessly fascinating”. In addition to working in Australia, Richard’s engineering career has taken him to the USA and the UK.
Inspired by it’s vast opportunity for growth and change, as well as the institutional knowledge base at Pacific Ventilation, Richard is continually working on ways
to refine systems and products. A firm believer in autonomy and coaching rather than overmanaging Richard’s inspiration is the growth and accomplishment of his team.
Richard has a Business & Management MBA from Warwick School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Queensland.
Andrew Twisse is the National Sales Manager at Pacific Ventilation and brings with him over 30 years’ experience in the HVAC industry. Andrew is an early adopter of technology, customer experience focused and thrives on challenging the established models of selling. He is a massive proponent of energy conservation initiatives to help reduce the carbon footprint of both Pacific Ventilation and its customers.
Energised by the opportunity to take the Pacific Ventilation brand to a new level, Andrew aspires to share his industry expertise with his sales team. His motto around the office is “How can we do it differently?”
Andrew holds a Diploma of Management and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
