FINIXA’S GUN CLEANING RANGE OFFERS USERS A QUICK, EASY,
fully automatic or manual process to give a thorough clean of their spray guns. The AGC gun cleaning machines (AGC40 and AGC50) give the users the ability to wash out the spray guns straight after use (water based or solvent).
The AGC40 Automatic Gun Cleaner can be used as both a wa- ter based or solvent cleaning machine employing either an au- tomatic or manual system. It is equipped with a brush for pre- cleaning while the stainless-steel body makes for easy assem- bly, maintenance as well as operation by anyone in the workshop. The design also allows for the volumes and pressure to be easily set and adjusted on the front panel. With dimen- sions of 1400mm high, 560mm wide and 410mm deep, it won’t take up a huge space in the workshop while offering a great height to provide easy access to the sprayguns.
Finixa’s Quick Gun Cleaner, the AGC50 is built as a water- borne paints cleaner that is as quick as 30 seconds from start to finish. This machine can be setup in the spray booth making it even more convenient. Combined with Finixa BTC80 Water based Gun Shampoo, this creates a low consumption system, using only 5 litres for around 100 spray guns. The machine is also compatible with all disposable cup systems and carries an Atex approval. This system can also be wall mounted. Measur- ing at 910mm high, 350mm wide and 290 mm deep, it is a great addition for any shops looking for a gun cleaning machine who may have limited space to work with.
