New South Wales is a third generation re- pair shop that has grown and prospered over the years. Michael Killen has been a Pan customer for over 10 years. Back then he replaced an old spray booth with a Pan model and Pan fitted a prep area.
“Being a regional shop, reliable service is everything. The service David Moraghan and his son Neil has given us has been sec- ond to none, and the booth performs ex- actly as they said it would” Killen said.
“We had an issue with the other old booth (not a Pan) which operated on a waterflow system. It was becoming
impossible to dispose of the residue. When I told David, he was here the next day.
“The new booth was fitted during COVID lockdown which presented its own problems from both sides, with us creating some delays. However it was pretty much on schedule from the date of the order which under difficult cir- cumstances is impressive.”
The new booth is a Pan Series 7 Ulti- mate which includes features such as:
• Fully insulated panels
• Large Spacious Cabin 7.4m x 4.1m
x 3.2m
• Triple Front Doors
• Large Glass Viewing Area
• Galvanised Floor Grids
• Quick Release Hinged Filter Frames • Powder Coated Frames
• Variable Speed Drives to Inlet &
Exhaust Fans
• Ultimate Control of Cabin Pressure
• Direct Drive ABB Motors
• Backward Curve Centrifugal Fans
• Roof or Floor Mounted Equipment
• Internal or External Ramps
• A Choice of Heating Options: Natural
Gas, LP Gas, or Fuel Oil • Direct or Indirect Fired
Moraghan and the team are always per- fecting the product which is sourced pre- dominantly in Italy and expertly assembled at the company’s New South Wales factory. They have recently included bigger fan as- semblies which offer 15-20% more air, as well as an even quieter performance.
The company prides itself on a speedy installation service that minimises down- time. As well as spray booths Pan offers a complete design service, preparation bays, infrared rails and a vary of stainless steel products, assorted cabinets, spray out booths and a wide rant of replace- ment filter materials. The company’s many customers in New South Wales and Queensland will also attest to the support and service Pan offers to ensure booths are maintained and, where necessary, re- paired quickly and efficiently.
