Three-year-old E-Stickers has until now used roll-fed wide-format printers to produce its labels and stickers; however, with
demand increasing, and the need
for quicker turnarounds, managing director Anthony Khoury decided that the business needed to invest in technology that could dramatically reduce production times in order to service those customers that needed instant printing.
Khoury says, “There are a large number of customers that are all about speed of turnaround. It was clear that to keep growing the

business the next step was to invest in a digital press, and take the business to the next level.”
Following a careful market analysis of the options open to it, E-Stickers invested in an HP Indigo 7r Digital Press, supplied by Currie Group.
The effect on productivity has been immediate. “The new HP Indigo is printing 25 times faster than our wide format printers. The performance is phenomenal,” says Khoury.
of the market, or take the plunge and go all in, providing the market with what it needs,” he says. “I
am so pleased we chose the latter option – the response from the market has been tremendous.”
E-Stickers has also appreciated the support from supplier Currie Group. “A big thank you to Wayne, Mark, Ray and Jordan from Currie Group, the support has been above and beyond,” says Khoury.

“I guess we had a choice: stay small and disappoint some sectors of the market, or take the plunge and go all in, providing the market with what it needs. I am so pleased we chose the latter option – the response from the market has been tremendous.” – Anthony Khoury
According to Khoury, the
new press has helped E-Stickers position itself as a trade printer. “We are a specialist sticker and label operation. With the new HP Indigo we can now offer our normal excellent service, but with lightning fast turnaround times,” he says. “For trade clients it means that they are able to provide a great service to their clients by placing their sticker and label print with us. We offer an end to end solution.”
Along with speed and quality one

“In fact, part of the reason we chose this technology was due to the market feedback we received about Currie Group. The HP Indigo is a big deal for us, and we needed to know it had the level of back-up behind it that would be there for us.”
Mark Daws, director of labels and packaging at Currie Group says, “The HP Indigo will help transform the E-Stickers business. Anthony is a real innovator – he is already reaping rewards from installing the press and having great conversations with the market.
“We at Currie Group are thrilled to be on the journey with him, and look forward to supporting the business over the coming years.” 21
