CAPABILITIES: Department 13’s Mesmer, an open architecture soft- ware platform that uses machine learning and protocol manipulation to detect, identify, track, and mitigate a variety of autonomous sys- tems including many commercial, off the shelf drone platforms coun- ters this threat.
