THIS PORTABLE VACUUM SYSTEM, BY
Wielander & Schill, is for aluminium and plastic dusts classification "M" as well as welding fume. The vacuum sys- tem features an explosion-proof enclo- sure according to ATEX II 3D, which is suitable for Zone 22 operations. In addi- tion it includes a safety system to pro- tect the intake from hot sparks, a 5 m flow-calming section, as well as adap- tors to connect grinding tools and an ac- cessory pack for cars. VAS approved.

THIS IS A MOBILE UNIT FOR EXTRACTING
and filtering fumes and adhesive va- pours generated during thermal join- ing and the cutting of metals and plas- tics. In the filter section of the fume extractor, the coarse dust particles are first separated on the pre-filter mat.
The subsequent particle filter also cleans off the fine fumes and dust. An automatic filter monitoring system in- dicates when it is necessary to clean or change the filters.
The unit is equipped with two hose extraction arms with internal joints. A new type of spring support inside the extraction arms allows the arms to be
easily adjusted to any posi- tion.

The cleaned

area. For the "adhesive vapours" appli- cation, an additional activated carbon filter is used, which binds gases and unpleasant odours.
