 CHIEF PETTY OFFICER JESSICA BULEY OF ROYAL AUSTRALIAN NAVY
Jessica enlisted in the Royal Australian Navy in 2006, as a Communications and Information Systems (CIS) Sailor, completing her recruit and initial entry training in HMAS Cerberus in 2007. Her service history includes sea postings to HMA Ships Shepparton (Survey Motor Launch), Success (Auxiliary Oiler Replenishment), Childers and Bundaberg (Armidale Class Patrol Boats). In 2017, the then Petty Officer Buley accepted the opportunity to become a member of HMAS Hobart (III) (DDG) Commissioning Crew as the inaugural Communication Systems Manager.
MARLI SMITH ASC
Marli Smith is Head of Procurement for ASC Pty Ltd. Marli joined ASC in September 2017, after working in senior procurement and supply chain roles in the resources sector in Australia and South Africa. Marli is a member of ASC’s Supply Chain Leadership Team and is a high performing, collaborative and people-oriented business leader. She has embraced the defence industry and is a leader in the Australian procurement profession.
 MAJOR ANTOINETTE JAYETILEKE OF AUSTRALIAN ARMY
In 2019 during Operation Bushfire Assist (OPBA), Antoinette became Officer In Charge (OIC) of 5CSST South; a combined unit made of members from 5CSSB and 8CSSB that was deployed between the Canberra and Bega Region. Antoinette met this extraordinary additional responsibility of approximately 120 personnel under her command with a vigour and passion that inspired others to take the same attitude.
 LIEUTENANT COLONEL ANNA REINHARDT OF AUSTRALIAN ARMY
Anna joined the Australian Army in January 1997 and following completion of a Bachelor of Arts at ADFA and further training at the Royal Military College – Duntroon, graduated as a Lieutenant in December 2000. Anna was primarily responsible for the implementation of a human resources information management system (Afghan Personnel and Pay System – APPS) to record biometric enrolment data and provide workforce management functions for the Afghan National Police, a force of over 120,000. In this role, she led the establishment of foundational improvements to the ongoing effectiveness and sustainability of the human resources system to support the Afghan policing apparatus.
 NICOLE GEMMELL OF AIRBUS AUSTRALIA PACIFIC
Appointed as Airbus Australia Pacific’s first female Chief of Staff in 2019, Nicole provides company insights, guidance and directions to the Managing Director, the Board of Directors and to the Executive Leadership team for Airbus Australia Pacific. Providing strategic management of operations for the betterment of Airbus and Defence, Nicole operates with discretion, trust and humility and is well respected throughout the Airbus and her Defence and community network.
