The Creative Process
Anna Bond is co-founder and chief creative officer at Rifle Paper Co. and her hand-painted illustrationsanddistinctivecolorpalettearethe heart of the Winter Park, Florida based brand. All of Anna’s designs begin with gouache paintings that are then manipulated and re- imagined to become vibrant patterns filled with figures and florals that feel both modern and timeless.
Anna often takes inspiration from tradit- ional motifs when designing the layout of her signature floral prints. For the new Bramble Garden pattern, Anna used her garden-inspired florals in a mirrored layout, inspired by Art Nouveau patterns.
