workshop description

Waste management Identify the seven factors of waste and how to deal with them according to
Kaizen theory so that the following is discussed
Project management Defining and describing the phenomenon by studying it locally.
geomatics 2- Investigating the natural rules, by describing how and the mechanics of
                    their occurrence.
3- Identify and define the situations that cause the problem.
4 - Investigate the relationship between the cases emerging in the previous
                    step and production inputs.
5- Determining the optimal cases based on actual cases, drawings and
measurements, for each factor affecting the occurrence of the problem.
6- Investigating the measurement method: by finding the most reliable
methods for measuring the gap between influencing cases and their optimal
                    values.
2- Identifying and defining deficiencies: by listing all the factors that deviate
from the optimal values in a list, in addition to any defect points or minor
                    defects that are discovered.
8- Preparing and implementing an improvement plan, in order to correct and
treat deficiencies and prevent their recurrence.
-Plan projects using a scope of work statement and a project work breakdown
                    structure (WBS)
-Schedule project activities and create a project grid model
-Calculate project budgets and schedule variances using EV techniques
-Use capital budgeting techniques to choose the right projects
-Closer relationships with strategic partners by improving negotiation and
                    communication skills
Learn about survey methods. Determining marine and terrestrial sites -
                    Gathering geographical information
The use of satellite and aerial remote sensing to obtain geo-geographic
                    information
                    Distortion monitoring and geodetic analysis
                    Maintain integrity of geospatial data
Geographic Information Management - Use geographic and graphic
information systems to collect geographic information and its data
                    Incident preparedness and response
