This concept revolutionized the high-end restaurant industry in the US and inspired a slew of similar concepts. It owed a lot of its success to the level of authentic details in its design.
We replaced the perimeter cement walls for windows opening onto magnificent gardens, giving the space a completely different feel and turning an otherwise bland hotel into something extremely special.
