Founded the concept that revolutionized the high-end restaurant industry and forever changed the face of  ne dining around the world. Maison was the very  rst concept in the US with exciting entertainment “South of France style” o ering a more sophisticated alternative for a truly elite clientele of A-list celebrities that would not frequent the clubs but still sought an exciting night out. It generated an industry record $100k/seat, selling over $500k/month for dinner out of 60 seats. The unparalleled magic of Maison inspired countless similar concepts across the US; most notably Baoli, Villa Azur and Bagatelle.
TOSCA RESTAURANT MIAMI
Founded the uber sophisticated Tosca that would overnight the freshest most exotic ingredients from around the world, not available in the US. The menu was all ingredient-based with almost no recipes, catering to true food purists. Featured in over 100 media outlets for its originality and unparalleled romantic guest experience, Tosca averaged checks of $1,000 per person and was considered one of the best and the most expensive restaurant in the world.

Co-founded the critically acclaimed brand in Miami and New York. The custom sandals concept has master cobblers in stores, allowing for women to create their own sandal designs, made while they wait in 20 minutes.
