It generated an industry record $100k/seat, selling over $500k/month for dinner out of 60 seats. The unparalleled magic of Maison inspired countless similar concepts across the US; most notably Baoli, Villa Azur and Bagatelle.
TOSCA RESTAURANT MIAMI
Founded the uber sophisticated Tosca that would overnight the freshest most exotic ingredients from around the world, not available in the US. The menu was all ingredient-based with almost no recipes, catering to true food purists. Featured in over 100 media outlets for its originality and unparalleled romantic guest experience, Tosca averaged checks of $1,000 per person and was considered one of the best and the most expensive restaurant in the world.
