TOSCA RESTAURANT MIAMI
Founded the uber sophisticated Tosca that would overnight the freshest most exotic ingredients from around the world, not available in the US. The menu was all ingredient-based with almost no recipes, catering to true food purists. Featured in over 100 media outlets for its originality and unparalleled romantic guest experience, Tosca averaged checks of $1,000 per person and was considered one of the best and the most expensive restaurant in the world.
RESTAURANT CLUB LOUNGE 737
Founded the mega 30,000sf. project located on the top 4 oors of the highest building in Montreal. It featured a restaurant, night club, lounge and 2 massive panoramic outdoor terraces. It immediately became one of the highest grossing restaurants in Canada with sales exceeding 25M and won numerous design awards.
