The SCCAOR Government Affairs Team focuses on advocating REALTOR® Party values on behalf of our members in the
halls of government. This team includes the Association Board of Directors, the Local Government Relations Committee, the Local Candidate Recommendation Committee, and the Government Affairs Director. The REALTOR® Party is a powerful alliance of REALTORS® working to protect and promote homeownership and private property rights. The REALTOR® Party speaks with one voice to advance candidates and public policies that build strong communities and promote a vibrant business environment. From city hall to the state house to the U.S. Capitol, our elected of cials are making decisions that have a huge impact on the bottom line of REALTORS®, their clients and property owners in Santa Clara County.
