The refurbishment of Alvernia House, which is
a protected structure. Works included the strip out of existing services, alteration / strengthening of existing structural elements and full fit-out of 3 floors to high specification. The fit-out involved procuring and installing healthcare equipment along with fitted furniture in each room to the client requirements. The new building accommodated new community and
healthcare services for the HSE.
