Giove Funeral Home has been family owned and operated since 1963. You have our assurance that your arrangements will receive careful attention from people with deep roots in the community, and a deep understanding of local traditions and customs.

Our Staff
A family heritage of attentive service
Arthur Giove, Sr.
Founder
Arthur Sr. sadly passed away May 20, 2022. He was a licensed funeral director since 1961. He was born in Brooklyn and grew up in Lake Ronkonkoma. He graduated from the American Academy of Funeral Service, and served in the US Army from 1961 to 1965. He is a member of St. Margaret’s Parish, past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Sacred Heart Council #4402, past President of Sons of Italy Andrea Doria Lodge, and a Trustee of the Middle Country Library Foundation. He also served as a member of the Nassau-Suffolk Funeral Directors Association.
