Robert was born and
raised in Folcroft, PA
where he attended
Academy Park High School
and played football before
graduating in 2003. He
then attended Penn State
before transferring to Mercer County Community College where he majored in Funeral Service. He received his PA funeral directors license in 2012 and his NJ funeral directors license in 2017. Robert is avid Philadelphia sports fan and plays in many different ice and roller hockey leagues. He is also a parishioner of St. Stephen’s Church in Pennsauken and St. Peter’s Church in Merchantville, as well as a member of the Sons of the American Legion and a Knight with Knights of Columbus Council #6735.
Robert has previously worked as a full- time funeral director with Kevin M. Lyons Funeral Service in Glenolden, PA for 19 years but has joined our staff full-time since Kevin’s passing.
Robert currently resides in Cherry Hill with his wife, Ashley, who is also a funeral director with us, and his children Robert Edward Condon IV and Anastasia Rose Condon. Delco Strong!

Thomas joined our
family at Falco/Caruso &
Leonard as an attendant in
December of 2018 while
he attended mortuary
school at Mercer County
Community College. In March of 2019 Thomas became our registered intern under the preceptorship of Andrea Meyers. After graduating from the funeral service program at Mercer County Community College, Thomas was awarded with his Certificate of Proficiency in Funeral Service. In May of 2021, Thomas was licensed as a practitioner of mortuary science by the State Board of Mortuary Science of NJ and now serves as a licensed funeral director with us.
Prior to attending mortuary school Thomas earned both his associate and bachelor’s degree (summa cum laude) in Psychology from Burlington County College in 2013 and Rider University in 2015, respectively. Thomas was born in Willingboro to Bonnie L. Hickey (née Gerth) and Michael J. Hickey; he has a twin brother, Matthew R. Hickey, and an older brother Michael C. Hickey. Thomas grew up in Medford Lakes where he attended Nokomis and Neeta Schools and actively participated in community activities such as the Medford Lakes Colony Camp and the Canoe Carnival (with membership in one of the float-groups, The Unlikelys for several years). In 2011, Thomas graduated from Shawnee High School in Medford.
Since August of 2019, Thomas has lived in the residence above our funeral home in the Cramer Hill neighborhood of Camden; he has two beloved cats, Katyusha and Mr. Littleman.
