Founded in 1879, Mount Pleasant Cemetery is a non-profit, non-sectarian, non-denominational cemetery offer a setting unprecedented in natural beauty. Many families come to walk, meditate or just enjoy the unspoiled surroundings that make up the grounds.
The staff are proud to maintain one of
the most beautiful and well-managed cemeteries in Eastern Suffolk County. Our cemetery grounds are distinctive in design and yet traditional in nature. This allows everyone a choice selection of burial. We also have our premises our very own private Chapel as well as a state-of- the-art crematory and a columbarium for the dignified resting of ashes.
