Karyn Dole - Head of School Mrs. Dole obtained her American Montessori Society credential at the Early Childhood level in 2004. In 2007 Karyn joined Jere in their quest to open their own Montessori school. In 2009 Alden Montessori was born!. Having a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology has proven to be a wonderful asset as she continually researches topics essential to the education of children. She is the mother of two lovely Montessori graduates!
- Head of School Mrs. Jere came to Montessori in 1993 obtaining her MACTE accredited credentials at the elementary level. She has more than thirty years Montessori teaching and administrative experience. Having a Bachelorʼs degree in Graphic Design and Advertising, she provides communication to the parents through the website, apps, social media, educational materials and newsletters, as well as designing curriculum for the students. She has raised three beautiful Montessori graduates of her own!
Ruth Austin - Director of Operations Mrs. Austin obtained her Montessori
credential in Early Childhood Education in 1998. She has teaching experience in the primary classroom as well as having extensive experience as a Montessori school director. We are proud to say that Mrs. Austin has been with Alden Montessori since 2010! She enjoys the responsibility of keeping the day to day of Alden running smoothly, supporting parents, children and the teachers throughtout the day. She also has two incredible daughters that had a Montessori education in their early childhood.
Sarah Swartz - Coordinator of Admisisons and Student Support Mrs. Swartz came to Alden Montessori as a parent in 2010. As a parent volunteer, she made herself invaluable with her passion and support of Montessori education and quickly became an intergal part of the Alden Montessori staff. Through those years she obtained knowledge expertise in learning differences in her quest to support her son through his academic journey. She is commited to helping other parents whoʼs children might need extra support.
We are passionate about what we do! Alden Montessori School is so fortunate to have a core of Montessorians throughout all levels of the school. The on-site owners, directors and teachers are dedicated to what they do. When administration is able to support the teachers in all areas from curriculum to guidance of the children and families the school is in harmony from top to bottom.
Jere Albanesi
