HOUSE COMMITTEE REPORT
The House Committee, and the variety of Sub-Committees, including the Interior Design Committee, the Membership Committee and, of course, the Bar Committee, have been working to achieve our collective goal of a new clubhouse.
I am pleased to report that the clubhouse is well underway and is progressing on schedule and on budget. By the Annual General Meeting, the roof will be on, the walls will be enclosed and the glass should be proceeding to be installed.
We would like to thank the Mayor of the Town of Blue Mountains, Alar Soever, Councillor Rob Sampson and Judy Rhodes-Munk of the Niagara Escarpment Commission for their assistance with Project Legacy.
Our Construction Manager, The Dalton Company, in conjunction with our Project Architect, Hossack and Associates Architects, and the help of the House Committee, have been working hard at value engineering and procurement to keep the project on budget.
