ALLAN SCHWEINBERG, VP SALES & MARKETING
Allan has over 25-years’ experience in sales and marketing management and has led the marketing efforts for a Fortune 200 home building company’s east coast second home division. Allan’s experience in recreational real estate spans from world-renowned master planned ski properties to boutique coastal communities and his geographic reach is just as varied including: the White Mountains of New Hampshire, the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina, and the pristine sands of Florida beaches, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Legacy East, Allan oversees a number of resort communities inlcuding One Particular Harbour Margaritaville. This role requires the leadership of the day-to-day sales effort, implementation of marketing initiatives, liaison with outside strategic partners, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional purchaser experiences.
Allan’s primary home is in Orlando.
