Sales and Marketing Strategic Planning
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our team was engaged to conduct a complete Evaluation and subsequent Strategic Sales and Marketing Plan for Querencia - San Jose Del Cabo a luxury golf community located in Baja Sur, Mexico. The engagement began with a complete evaluation of the entire project to determine the best course of action for Querencia. The process consisted of a detailed review of each factor and element a ecting Sales, the Market and Buyers, within each of the following categories: Community Review, Location Review, Competitive Review, Target Market, PEST Analysis, SWOT Analysis.
Upon completion of the evaluation, our team, in collaboration with the ownership group, developed a comprehensive Sales and Marketing Strategy and Tactical Execution Plan that addressed in detail all the elements required for success. The intention of this Strategic Plan was to achieve the desired results in tra c, sales and revenue. The strategies and tactics were tailored to meet the needs and goals of ownership group in order to e ectively and e ciently bring quali ed buyers. The ownership group was extremely pleased with the plan and implemented with excellent results.
