Comprised of 365 Hotel rooms and over 100 private residences, these properties yielded price points ranging from $2.5 million to over $44 million dollars. Offering a sophisticated lifestyle and unparalleled services and amenities, these homes were designed and sold to the international elite. The team was critical in the successful sales, marketing, and branding of the Residences including working with elite brand partners like Greg Norman, Eric Ripert and more. Some additional services included, brand licensing and hotel coordination, golf course acquisitions and negotiations with real estate clubs for bulk purchasing and land subordination.
